Hobbycraft - New Collection, American Crafts and New Project Life

Hobbycraft up-ed their game! How you may ask - but compared the US papercraft market - it's a significant step in a great direction. The UK Crafting market is missing five things - a Tuesday Morning store, a Michaels store, a Hobby Lobby and a Joann's. I personally would also like a Daiso store as well, please! But Hobbycraft, the UK's biggest craft superstore has stepped up their game with their new range of paper pads and washi tapes, stocking American Crafts paper pads, ephemera, stickers and embellishments, as well as up-ping their Project Life stock with new sets and a good selection of album sizes and embellishments. That's not to say there could be room for improvement and more stock - BUT this is a great step in the right direction and I for one am really happy that it is available more locally, in store, online and to a wider UK market. National Scrapbook Day | Saturday 6th May 2017

Hi everyone and welcome back to the blog! Today (6th May) is National Scrapbook Day, so I hope that you have your scrapbooking hat on! As part of the day's celebrations, lots of creatives, bloggers, youtubers, project lifers, scrappers and lots of other great people will mark the occasions by either putting their memories together in albums and pages or being part of that picture to be scrapbooked - win-win right? As part of National Scrapbooking Day, I have been over the year adding to last Summer's holiday with friends to Gosport, Hampshire, located in the very sea-nic (see what I did there?!) south of the UK - and I thought I would share some of the pages I've made and photos I took on our group trip.
