Melus Makes on YouTube

Hi everyone and welcome back to my blog! Today I am here with a short announcement which is the launch of the Melus Makes YouTube Channel. Yes! That's right we now have a YouTube Channel! I have been a huge fan of YouTube for many, many years and I have wanted to be part of the YouTube Community on another level - so over this weekend, I decided to take the plunge and start a YouTube Channel. Hi everyone and welcome back to the blog today! I have a special card on the blog to celebrate the New Year for the 1st January! Thank you to everyone who has visited the blog, who has commented, liked, followed and showed love on Instagram or Facebook. In 2018 I aim to keep up to date with the blog, give it a bit of a revamp and also dedicate more time in building up my card portfolio as well as working hard towards building up the Etsy Shop slowly by surely, but also keeping everything consistent. Craftober | Day 8: Clean and Simple

Day 8 of Craftober! Hello Day 8! Welcome to the Blog today and thank you for stopping by! Today is Day....8 of Craftober and today's theme is: Clean and Simple. Minimal cardmaking to a T! I absolutely love clean and simple cards, but sometimes less can be more and more looks like less. I hope that I have struck good balance with this card. Craftober | Day 7: Paper Punch

It's Day 7 of Craftober ! Yes Day 7! We're nearly a week into our month long challenge! Thanks for stopping by this week and please do join in if you can - it's not too late to start! Today's theme is: Paper Punch. If you don't have a paper punch you can use mini dies instead - improvisation is key! So here is my card for Day 7 All material used: Kraft Cardstock White Cardstock Little You (Girl) Paper Pad - Crate Paper Tiny Ninjas Stamp / Die Set - Mama Elephant Small Star Paper Punch - Hobbycraft 6mm Gold Sequins 3D Foam Pads Double Sided Tape Die Cutting Machine Paper Trimmer Love how this card turned out and I just love these little Ninja guys from Mama Elephant, simple colouring and little embellishment.
